Plan

Currently one person is organizing all the activities for this website and protest and no specific organization exists for tax purposes or otherwise. When the funds start to become large enough that they are a tax concern, perhaps some sort of trust could be set up that would hold the funds and assure they are used only for the protest.

Funds will be generated by taking donations and selling items such as bumper stickers, black ribbons, t-shirts, and see-through knit black hoods. The items are all useful at raising awareness and the proceeds of the sales will be used to pay for the planned protest.

Aside from paying for the protest, the funds will also be used to pay for this website and purchasing materials to create the items for sale. More protests will be organized around the United States until the use of torture by the United States Federal Government has ended and the threat of torture has been removed as well. Remaining funds at the end of the campaign will be donated to an undecided charity.
